How to Submit a Lab Case
Dental offices can place orders directly through our customer portal and send digital files using platforms such as Medit, CEREC inLab, iTero, or Dropbox.
For traditional workflows, physical impressions can also be mailed to our lab. Please contact Marissa directly for shipping labels via email.
This streamlined process ensures we receive everything needed to begin your case efficiently and accurately. All necessary information must be provided prior to fabrication commencing, fabrication timelines start once all the information has been received by the lab.

Production time is 10 days in lab once all need information is received. Please allow 2-3 days for shipping.
Rush cases are available via request and must be approved. Rush cases have additional fees.
Full arch cases with same day turn around require pre-op full face photos and current dentition STL’s to be submitted to the lab days in advance as well as notification of the requirements day of surgery.

Your case will be delivered via UPS 2-day air.
You may check the progress of your case through our customer portal.

Yes, you can select local pickup or mail delivery. We use priority UPS two-day mail unless otherwise selected.
Local pickup is available at our office during regular business hours Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays).
For rush cases, we are happy to hand deliver if within Lafayette city limits.
Please contact our office if you need different shipping/delivery.
